Two of our portfolio companies, AtmoCooling and Ocean Ledger, have just achieved major milestones, securing pre-seed funding that will enable them to scale their impact on climate resilience and sustainable development. Let’s dive into their exciting journeys:

AtmoCooling has secured $2.6M in pre-seed funding, led by Nucleus Capital and Revent Ventures, to scale its evaporative cooling technology, making desert environments viable for agriculture and industry.

This innovative solution is set to reduce heat stress in urban coastal regions, expand viable agricultural landscapes, cool solar farms, and generally boost liveability in previously uninhabitable regions.

Ocean Ledger raised $900K in pre-seed funding, led by Ananda Impact Ventures and Silverstrand Capital, to enhance coastal risk modeling using satellite imagery, machine learning, and site-level data. Their platform is already mapping critical coastal ecosystems, such as seagrass, in The Bahamas to improve flood protection and resilience against rising sea levels.
